About the Blockchain Intelligence Academy (BIA)

The Blockchain Intelligence Academy (BIA) represents the historic public-private partnership between Romania’s National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest and the Singapore-headquartered blockchain intelligence firm ChainArgos, to deliver unbiased, science-based blockchain intelligence capabilities to both public and private sector stakeholders.

Why a public-private partnership?

On 16 April 2024, at the Digital Innovation Summit Bucharest, Romania’s National Institute for Research & Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest and ChainArgos signed a wide-ranging commercial partnership agreement to deliver blockchain intelligence technology solutions and training to both public and private sector stakeholders and the BIA is one of those joint initiatives.
